Thank you for choosing IMG Academies! You are a quick registration away (should take approximately 10 minutes) from starting your journey to become the TOTAL ATHLETE and reaching your true potential.

As you go through this registration process, you'll have the option of choosing weekly or multiple-week camps, as well as Core or TOTAL ATHLETE training programs.

Multiple-Week Advantage:

3-week, 5-week and 7-week camps (depends on sport): The best value, as well as providing the greatest benefits for your development. Athletes can see the transformation from the athlete they were to the one they are becoming. They notice a measureable difference in strength, agility, skill, focus and confidence. Learned tactics and techniques become instinctive. Bonds formed with other passionate athletes will last a lifetime.

Weekly camps: If you can only stay for one week, we recommend arriving focused and prepared for a challenging, fun and hard-working experience unlike any other! Most weekly camps start Sunday (arrival) and end Saturday (departure), with weekend on- and off-campus activities typically available. Also, if your schedule prevents you from attending a scheduled multi-week camp, you can register for multiple one-week camps.

Core vs. TOTAL ATHLETE training programs:

In today's increasingly competitive world of athletics, it's not enough to train in sport alone. To help you reach your goals, we offer two training packages to choose from:

Core: Delivered to every athlete for every week of stay. The Core training program includes all sport-specific elements, plus an extra hour per day of group Physical Conditioning and Mental Conditioning.

TOTAL ATHLETE: The ultimate training program for athletes and recommended for all athletes ages 10 and older. Optional for athletes for every week of stay, The TOTAL ATHLETE training program includes all aspects of Core training, plus one extra hour per day of (delivered on a daily rotating basis) Mental Toughness, Nutrition, Speed/Movement, Vision/Reaction Training and Communication by game on.
